Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories included.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions for a return at no cost to you.
