Order Processing & Handling Time
In-stock small-parcel items typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Summit Appliance products:
- Most in-stock units ship within 1–2 business days.
- Some models may require 3–5 business days of handling depending on warehouse location, production schedules, or freight coordination.
- Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the following business day.
If you need exact ship dates or lead-time confirmation, our team can verify availability directly with Summit Appliance prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Small Parcel Shipments
Small items ship via UPS or USPS with the following service options:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 2–5 business days via UPS Ground within the contiguous U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (quote required prior to ordering).
- Next Day Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 1 business day (quote required prior to ordering).
Freight Shipments (Summit Appliance & Oversized Items)
- Summit Appliance products ship via LTL freight carriers.
- Free freight shipping is included for orders within the continental United States.
Standard freight delivery includes:
- Lift-gate service
- Curbside delivery
White Glove delivery (inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, debris removal, and installation coordination) is available by quote.
Freight transit times vary by destination and carrier and will be confirmed once the order ships.
Additional Shipping Charges
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other non-contiguous locations may incur additional freight charges. Customers will be notified and must approve any additional costs before shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Hegemon Supply is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional costs caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Missing suite, unit, or apartment numbers
- Commercial locations without proper delivery access
Delivery Commitment
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, all transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, freight scheduling constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.
Hegemon Supply is not liable for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
