Summit brings true convenience to smaller spaces with all-in-one combination kitchenettes from 30" to 72" Wide.
The C30IND is fully featured with everything you need for the perfect food service experience in smaller spaces. This unit ships in one piece fully assembled with a sink and faucet, storage cabinet for dry goods, stainless steel countertop and backguard, 2-zone induction cooktop (SINC2B115), and two-door refrigerator-freezer (CP34W).
The cooktop is a 115V induction cooktop with a smooth black glass surface made by EuroKera which creates an attractive, easy-to-clean surface. This cooktop features one 6" 1300W and one 7" 1800W heating element, and a pre-installed cord with a standard NEMA 5-15 plug for easy setup. The rear 1800W zone is sized at 8 1/4", ideal for boiling large pots of water or cooking with woks and other large cookware. The 6 1/4" 1300W front zone is ideal for smaller pots and pans. Unlike radiant heating, induction technology utilizes magnetized energy that starts inside the cookware, meaning the temperature of the actual cooktop surface does not get nearly as hot as traditional gas or electric elements. Most of the heat is retained inside your cookware, making induction technology the safest, fastest, and most efficient form of cooking.
COOKING NOTE: due to the 115V operation, a power management function limits the overall output to 1800W. If both elements are in use and the power exceeds 1800W, the cooktop will automatically reduce the power level of the element that is not being adjusted.
Unlike many other appliance brands and manufacturers' kitchenettes, all Summit units include a refrigerator with a full freezer compartment to cover all of your cold storage needs. The C30IND consists of the two-door, ENERGY STAR certified CP34W, with 3.2 cu.ft. of storage space. A dual evaporator system separately cools the auto-defrost refrigerator section and manual defrost freezer compartment for improved overall performance. This model also includes an adjustable glass shelf, door storage, and a crisper.
