Summit is excited to introduce our SPHC30, the industry's first convertible warming and cooling drawer.
The SPHC30 is sized at just under 30" wide for an easy fit in standard cutouts, with a front-breathing design that allows built-in installation. The drawer is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, with a pro-style handle and a fully finished front. The drawer can be customized with overlay panels to match or accent existing cabinetry design.
With 2.4 cu.ft of storage space and true versatility, our SPHC30 can function as both a cooling drawer and a warming drawer with a simple touch of a button. When in Cooling Mode, the unit is perfect for keeping beverages and snacks chilled (temperatures range from 36°F/2°C to 43°F/6°C.) Meanwhile, Warming Mode is ideal for helping bread dough rise, and can even be used to keep dishes warm until serving (temperatures range from 80°F/20°C to 200°F/95°C.) For maximum convenience, this unit ships with a removable dish rack.
The control panel includes a digital thermostat with an LED display (with Celsius or Fahrenheit readout) located atop the drawer. There's also a user-friendly timer, a temperature memory function in the event of a power interruption, a convenient sabbath mode, and even an automatic child lock to help prevent accidents. The SPHC30 is a 115v unit that ships with a power cord, though professional installation is required.
With its weatherproof construction, the SPHC30 is safe for use in both indoor and outdoor settings. With a sealed back and a fully finished black cabinet to ensure all components are protected from the elements. This unit is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 standards.
