Summit's commercially approved beverage merchandisers are designed for durable service, convenient use, and attractive presentation.
The SCR1401 is an upright beverage center conveniently sized with a slim 24 inch footprint. The stainless steel trimmed glass door provides a full view of storage down to the floor, with recessed LED lighting to ensure an attractive and efficient presentation. The door comes in a right hand door swing and features a self-closing design to help protect stored items in commercial settings where customers may not take the time to ensure a tight seal. A factory installed lock offers additional security. This unit has a front-breathing cooling system that allows built-in installation, and a fully finished exterior that also enables freestanding use.
Inside, the SCR1401 utilizes frost-free operation for minimum user maintenance. The interior walls are made from stainless steel for improved durability and sanitation. The cantilevered shelving system allows you to easily adjust your storage to accommodate virtually any size. The digital control panel is conveniently located towards the top, allowing staff to adjust the temperature without bending to the floor. The readout can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Additional features include an audible high temperature alarm, open door alarm, temperature memory function, and sabbath mode setting.
