Summit's CL244WC2 is a 24" wide dual zone wine cellar designed for residential or commercial settings. The front-breathing system allows built-in installation, while the fully finished black cabinet allows freestanding use. Seamless, stylish stainless steel trim blends smoothly into the reversible, gently tinted glass door for an elevated look, with a professional stainless steel handle included. This unit has a sealed rear and right-angle cord for a better fit. The fully articulating European-style hinge design ensures a smoother opening. A lock is located in the kickplate for added convenience and security.
Inside, model CL244WC2 features a stainless steel rear wall for improved durability and sanitation. Tri-colored LED lighting featuring amber, blue, and white options offers elegant display conditions with dimmable levels that let you create the perfect presentation. The easy-to-use digital control panel allows you to manage the upper temperature chamber between 41 and 50ºF for white or sparkling wine, while the lower zone is designed to store red wine between 50 and 64ºF. Fan-forced cooling ensures even temperature distribution and fast temperature recovery.
Six full-extension steel shelves in a jet black finish slide out smoothly on ball-bearing glides, with an attractive stainless steel front trim to complete the classic look. The unit's steel shelves have a flat design ideal for storing cans and other styles of beverages. Optimal storage capacity accommodates up to 48 standard 750ml Bordeaux or Burgundy style bottles (note: your capacity may vary depending on the bottle style).
Model CL244WC2 has two different running modes: Silent mode, which minimizes vibrations to lower noise emissions and creates a more stable storage environment, ideal for preserving your wine's quality. The second, DynaClima mode, optimizes both temperature and humidity distribution for long-term wine storage, mimicking the conditions of a traditional wine storage cabinet.
Additional features include a temperature memory function to restore set temperature in the case of power loss and Sabbath mode, which disables certain functions during periods of religious observance. A built-in alarm audibly warns if the door is left ajar or if the unit rises or falls out of the recommended temperature range.
