Free standard shipping is available on many products within the contiguous United States. Oversized freight items may have location-based requirements.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock small-parcel items usually ship within 1–2 business days. Summit Appliance products typically ship within 1–2 business days, though some models may require 3–5 business days.

How are Summit Appliance and oversized items delivered?

Summit Appliance and oversized products ship by LTL freight carrier. Standard freight delivery includes liftgate service and curbside delivery.

What is curbside delivery?

Curbside delivery means the carrier delivers the item to the curb, driveway, or loading area. It does not include inside delivery or installation.

Do you offer white glove delivery?

Yes. White glove delivery is available by quote and may include inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, debris removal, or installation coordination.

What should I do when my freight order arrives?

Inspect the shipment before signing. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier, take photos, and contact us immediately.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us right away with photos, delivery details, and your order information so we can help resolve the issue.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Yes, but additional freight charges may apply. We will confirm and request approval before shipment.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product type.
