The SCM2100M2 is a 208/230V dual magnetron microwave designed for freestanding use in commercial and hospitality settings. The stainless steel exterior and interior cavity are constructed for long-lasting durability, designed to withstand constant usage in busy foodservice applications. A sturdy, easy-to-grab handle in brushed stainless steel ensures easy use. This unit includes a pre-installed cord with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
The 1.2 cu.ft. interior features dual magnetron cooking, which provides faster and more even heat distribution throughout to maximize performance and reduce cooking time. This microwave features a low maintenance flat ceramic bottom instead of a turntable, making it an ideal solution for institutional facilities and similar settings. It also includes a splash shield cover in the ceiling and exterior filter, both removable to ensure easy cleanup.
This 2100W countertop microwave is specially designed for convenient operation in busy foodservice, commercial, and hospitality environments. Digital controls make it easy to set your cooking time, with 10 power levels that allow users to get the exact heating conditions for every plate. Multi-stage cooking allows you to set up to three different power settings per cooking cycle. For enhanced convenience, this model features a double quantity cooking function, which doubles cooking time with the press of a button. These cooking settings are easy to save for future use, letting your staff quickly access set cooking programs for specific dishes.
Summit's SCM2100M2 can be stacked with a second SCM2100M2 by using the mounting clips located on the back of the models. Please refer to the user manual for exact stacking instructions.
