The Summit BIM125 is a commercial ice machine designed for restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, break rooms, and other foodservice environments. This ENERGY STAR certified unit produces up to 120 lbs. of clear cube ice per day and stores up to 40 lbs. of ice for immediate use. Features include automatic operation, adjustable ice thickness controls, a full-bin sensor, water filtration system, interior LED lighting, and ETL-S sanitation certification for commercial applications.
