It features two sealed Defendi burners, a 304-grade stainless steel cooking surface, a continuous cast iron grate, electronic ignition, and thermocouple flame failure protection for enhanced safety. The unit ships preset for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, along with a trim kit that allows installation into wider 15" cutouts while maintaining a clean built-in appearance.
