The Summit GCJ4SSTK27 is a 27-inch built-in gas cooktop made in Italy with a durable 304-grade stainless steel surface and included stainless steel trim kit. Four sealed Defendi burners provide outputs from 3,400 to 10,000 BTU, while continuous cast iron grates support heavy cookware and make it easier to move pots between burners. Electronic ignition, front-mounted push-to-turn controls, and thermocouple flame failure protection provide convenient and safe operation.
