The Summit NOVA53GDC is a 17.8 cu.ft. commercial ice cream dipping cabinet designed for ice cream shops, cafés, concession stands, and foodservice establishments. Made in Denmark by Elcold, this freestanding unit includes a curved glass sneezeguard with an aluminum work surface, dual sliding tempered glass lids, a digital thermostat with a temperature range from -13°F to 23°F, and basket holders for standard 3-gallon ice cream tubs. Its manual defrost system, thick insulation, and NSF-7 commercial approval make it ideal for frozen dessert display and serving applications.
