The Summit SCR1401CH is a 12.6 cu.ft. commercial wine cellar designed for restaurants, bars, hospitality venues, and retail wine displays. This NSF-7 certified unit accommodates up to 35 wine and champagne bottles on specialized stainless steel shelving and features frost-free operation, fan-forced cooling, a self-closing glass door, digital temperature controls, and a factory-installed lock. Its front-breathing design allows built-in installation, while the fully finished cabinet also permits freestanding use.
